“The best way to describe my role at Group Concepts LLP is “Mission Control.” My motto is “Once I own it, it will be done right!”   There are always so many moving parts to transactions, and every detail is important. My team counts on me for complete accuracy and meticulous execution. My goal is to always be a trusted resource for my team and our clients. I am often asked questions about insurance on a one-on-one basis focusing on a client’s personal needs, whether it pertains to physical or mental health. They sometimes do not want to share this information with their employer.  I always make it my priority to handle these inquiries with the utmost sensitivity and respect for their privacy. Our clients are always very appreciative, and that’s one of the many reasons that they are loyal and choose to work with us.”

BIOGRAPHY

 

Ruth Piedra is a Licensed insurance broker.  Ruth has lived as an expat in Venezuela for two years, which has given her a well-rounded global perspective.  She has been working with Group Concepts LLP since 2007.  Ruth has two sons and a 2-year-old grandson who is the “apple of her eye.“
